Do you need security for your call center staffers?
The secured transportation to the BPO employees is a big challenge in India. The technology should be used to optimize the routes and also to give security to the employees.
present system does not warrant any authentication and verification to the employee about his/her pick up.
A GPS/GPRS based vehicle tracking system will help to reduse the risks and optimise the vehicle usage also.
The technology has developed in such a way that we can monitor the vehicle occupancy and movement with high precision.
The issue is who is going to bear the cost? The Government should make this technology mandatory for all the transpotation companies and the BPO companies should strictly implement this across the board.
